Training

All our new staff are required to attend mandatory training courses prior to being placed with any client.

Mandatory courses will include:-

1. Moving & Handling
2. Basic Life Support
3. Health & Safety
4. Fire Training

Nurses will be expected to complete A1 agency handbook which defines roles and responsibilities.

A1 Care will ensure nurses are familiar with revalidation process and up to date with their portfolio so they are more accountable for their performance and improvement in the care they deliver.
